Classes at studio.
We offer a variety of yoga classes, yogalates, sacral healing practices, meditation classes suitable for everyone. Classes are divided in two categories SUN and MOON or a mixture of both - BALANCE.
Both of these energies are necessary to be a balanced and healthy human. The Moon and the Sun feed one another when they are in balance. An excess of Sun energy results in burn-out, exhaustion, constant tiredness. An excess of Moon energy results in stagnancy, lack of motivation, passion or drive, and low energy.
Our intention is for our classes to help you find more balance in your life. We suggest you to read the descriptions of classes below and choose those which resonate with your current energy and can assist you in finding more balance. Notice that it is not something fixed and can vary from day to day.
SUN CLASSES.
These classes are suitable for you who wants to awaken masculine yang energy within and fuel your inner fire.
We are focusing on connection with the physical body, building the energy through active movements and flow.
These classes encourage you to engage physically, to work on stamina, strength, flexibility and endurance.
Vinyasa flow.
Vinyasa Flow is a creative form of yoga where poses are linked together with the breath in a flowing sequence. The beauty of Vinyasa yoga is the variety.
Vinyasa helps to increase flexibility, strength, stability, calmness, and focus.
STRONG FLOW.
Strong Flow is a vinyasa style class inspired by the Ashtanga lineage. This class integrates strength, flexibility, concentration, and contemplation through a series of traditional postures linked together through breath and movement.
Yogalates.
Yogalates is a mixture of Pilates and Yoga. Classes include popular yoga postures like downward-facing dog and the warrior poses with Sun Salutations, stretching and intense core and abdominal strength work.
MOON CLASSES.
These classes are suitable for you who want to connect with the feminine yin energy within.
We are focusing on nurturing our physical body, restoring the energy through relaxation and rest. We are activating the parasympathetic nervous system, going inwards, receiving and regenerating. These classes are highly recommended if you feel burn-out or overworked.
Yin Yoga & sound healing.
Yin yoga improves the energy flow, enhancing the flow of chi in the organs. It targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues - ligaments, joints, bones. It calms and balances the mind and body, reduces stress and anxiety, and improves joint mobility.
During this class you will relax in passive, longer- held Yin Yoga poses, usually 3-5 minutes. Waves of soothing, echoing sounds help with stress, fatigue, and depression. Singing bowls used for sound bath are attuned to the energy centers, or chakras, within the body. Quartz crystal bowls vibrate and sing to help restore vibrational balance within the body.
Restorative yoga.
Restorative yoga enables deep relaxation as you hold poses for longer periods of time with the help of props for support.
The main focus of Restorative Yoga is that by relaxing in poses, we can achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation. Restorative Yoga deeply relaxes the body, stills the mind, improves capacity for healing, and balances the nervous and immune system.
BALANCE CLASSES.
Our “Balance classes” include both energies - yang & yin, masculine & feminine. They are usually divided in two parts - active movement, flow, engaging the whole body and a relaxation part to restore and integrate the energies.
Flow & Restore.
This class combines Vinyasa Flow and Yin/Restorative yoga. First we move the body in flowing sequences, connecting breath and movement. The second part of the class focuses on restoring the energies in longer- held Yin/Restorative Yoga positions.
Soft Flow.
This class is a variation of slow and soft vinyasa, combined with embodied yin yoga. Classes have a slower pace, with less intense positions, includes extended time for meditation, breathwork and relaxation.
Recommended for beginners as well as anyone who is longing for more gentle practice.
Meditation.
We offer a variety of meditation classes. Most of them combine the dynamic parts with movement, dance, shaking to release stress and tension, and a silent part to integrate the energies and discover the silence.
